Preparing files

Data Can Be Accepted In The Following:

• 3.5" double sided high density diskette(s)
• 9-track tape (not a back-up)
• Zip or Jaz disk
• CD-ROM ISO 9660 FORMAT

Label All Disks With This Information:

• Your company name
• File Name(s)-Job Name(s)
• Record Count
• MAC, PC or Other

Accepted Formats:

• Standard ASCII Fixed Length
• ASCII Delimited (specify delimiter)
• D-Base *.dbf
• TXT-files *.txt
• Excel *.xls
• Access-Database *.mdb
• Filemaker *.fp3 *.fp4

Note: Be sure you export your file from your program into one of the above formats. Most mistakes are made when the files are "Saved" into the disk(s). We also accept other formats. **Other formats will require additional processing and additional charges will be incurred. Please call for further information.

Documentation Required:
• Record Layout: Listing all fields and field lengths on each record.
• Label Layout: Listing all fields that you want to appear in the address label and the order in which you want them to appear.
Example:
First Name, Last Name
Company Name
Street Address, Suite#
City, State, Zip code

• Number of Records: Total number of names on each list.
